Return and Refund Policy
We hope you love the item you purchased but if you have changed your mind, an immediate refund is only possible for orders which are cancelled prior to the customer receiving notification of dispatch and tracking details. If customers change their mind about the order whilst the items are in transit, a cancellation can be submitted by emailing us at info@protresshaircare.co.uk or by phone at + 44 [0] 3715 6614. Upon our customer receiving the order, the items must be returned to ProTress by tracked shipping, undamaged, with product seals in place and untampered with, to the following address: ProTress Hair Care, Capital Office, Kemp House, 152 City Road, London, EC1 2NX, UK. Once we, at ProTress have received the returned items, undamaged with product seals in place. A full refund, minus the cost of shipping, will be issued within 48 hours.
Should you decide, upon receipt of the order that you no longer want to the product, you can notify us of this decision by emailing us at info@protresshaircare.co.uk . The items must be returned to ProTress by tracked shipping, undamaged, with the product seals in place and untampered with, to the following address: ProTress Hair Care, Capital Office, Kemp House, 152 City Road, London, EC1 2NX, UK. Once we, at ProTress have received the returned items, undamaged with product seals in place, a full refund, minus the cost of shipping, will be issued within 48 hours.
ProTress will not pay for the shipping of returns.
ProTress cannot issue refunds for items still in transit.
In instances where the product has been opened or used, ProTress will not accept returns or issue refunds.
Full refunds are also to ProTress's discretion.
